Responsibilities
• Lead and develop training needs analysis.
• Map business and learning goals.
• Create learning paths for training.
• Recommend training solutions.
• Re-vision existing training and events.
Requirements
• Experience in instructional design with a focus on client interaction.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead training consultations independently.
• Experience navigating large client stakeholder groups.
• Previous success with Microsoft projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with marketing content and soft skills development is highly preferred.
