**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Remote, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
* **Standing Orders**: Set up initial standing orders for customers, maintain existing orders, and ensure accurate processing of holds, releases, and additions.
* **Exception Processing**: Process exceptions into the Case module, create credit memos, file freight claims, issue call tags, and reship items as required.
* **Freight Claims**: Process freight claims, pursue payment from carriers, and file claim paperwork.
* **Adherence to Company Policies**: Follow all company Core Values, Purpose, and policies, including OSHA and safety guidelines.
* **Teamwork and Communication**: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, provide excellent customer service, and actively demonstrate teamwork at all times.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **2+ years of experience** in a relationship-building customer service environment for a tangible product or service.
