Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist – Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to work remotely as part of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team. As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review and Filing: Review and file legal documents accurately using our internal systems and email, ensuring seamless processing and compliance.
  • Ongoing Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions to expand your knowledge of the industry, processes, and our systems, enabling you to perform your duties efficiently.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Additional Projects: Complete additional projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and ability to adapt to new challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Data Entry Experience: While no experience is necessary, having data entry experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn our systems.
  • Typing Speed: Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute (wpm).
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
