Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze complex problems, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions that enhance store operations processes and customer experience.
  • Project Management: Manage and drive core store operations projects and process improvements, ensuring successful execution and timely completion.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day processes related to your areas of responsibility, creating and maintaining project work plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address unanticipated store needs, manage action steps, and resolve issues that arise related to your area of responsibility.
  • Communication and Partnerships: Build strong relationships with the field, stores, and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry, business, competitive landscape, and consumer data.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their growth and success.

Essential Qualifications

Education

  • A bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on process management, operations, or retail.

Skills and Competencies

  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business operations, functional areas, and store processes.
  • Leadership and Management: Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on developing and motivating employees.
  • Operations and Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of operations, retail, and field experience.
  • Communication and Partnerships: Ability to build strong relationships with the field, stores, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong big-picture and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business growth.
