We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service and service provider service teams, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our platform.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers and service providers, handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Helping service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
  • Working collaboratively with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for team communication, training, and meetings
