As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with our borrowers, resolving customer complaints and discrepancies, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment. If you're a motivated and detail-conscious individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities will include: * Providing customer service regarding issues in a high-traffic call center environment * Opening clients' complaints and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Deescalating customer complaints and escalating to appropriate managers as needed * Resolving client discrepancies and reconciling customer disputes pertaining to outstanding due balances * Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics * Daily and weekly reporting to direct supervisors * Providing pay-off quotes to dealers and customers * Providing written account information as requested by customers * Answering inbound phone calls as needed * Handling transfer of ownership **What You Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * Historical career stability and a strong commitment to customer service * Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * A high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience * A detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset, with a commitment to excellent customer service * Ability to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year, for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives **Career Development Rotation** As a full-time employee of blithequark, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Career Development Rotation (CDR) program, which provides a structured path for growth and development within the company.
