Customer Experience Specialist 1 - Dental Contact Center
About the position
Responsibilities
• Interact with customers via inbound and outbound phone calls to ensure a positive experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding dental insurance plans and benefits.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide accurate information in real-time.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering coordinated service.
• Recognize when to escalate issues for resolution.
• Identify innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
• 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Experience in call centers or dental insurance preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand a broad range of insurance products.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in desktop applications like MS Office.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working within call centers.
• Familiarity with dental terminology.
