Job Overview: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team, with proficiency in German, English, and Russian languages. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a go-to expert, providing technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
  • Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Utilize your research skills to develop innovative solutions, enhance our support services, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our gaming experiences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Russian, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • A strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly grasp and understand technical concepts, and explain them in a clear, concise manner.
  • Experience playing mobile games is preferred, with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community.
