Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding reservations, flight changes, and general inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Utilize computer systems to access customer information, process transactions, and update records.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and email correspondence.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
