Key Responsibilities

- Payment and Booking Management: Apply payments, send payment reminders, and manage flight changes and seat assignments.
- Concierge Services: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations, as well as other concierge-related details to enhance the client experience.
- Client Preferences and Surprises: Correspond with clients to understand their preferences, arrange surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
- Client Document Preparation: Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, ensuring timely delivery.
- Internal Coordination: Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and team needs as required.
- CRM Updates: Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM system.
- Time Management: Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet client needs and achieve results.
- Client Profile and Booking Management: Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Backup Travel Support: Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to client satisfaction.
