Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive.
- Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing accurate and helpful information, and ensuring that each interaction is handled with respect and patience.
- Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring that all necessary information is captured and stored securely.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with training taking place Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, for approximately the first two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required, and flexibility is essential to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.
