Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Rental Listings & Property Management Marketing Support
                                About the Role
I’m a real estate broker looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help me post and manage ads for rental listings and property management services. This is an ongoing role with consistent weekly tasks.
You’ll be responsible for preparing, posting, and tracking ads across different platforms to generate leads for both tenants and property owners.
Responsibilities
Create and post rental ads using provided photos, videos, and listing details.
Post property management service ads (templates will be provided).
Update and refresh ads regularly to keep them active and visible.
Write clear, engaging ad copy using relevant keywords.
Track ad performance and provide simple weekly reports (views, responses, leads).
Maintain organized files of media (photos/videos) for easy reuse.
Requirements
Strong written English skills (ad copywriting ability is key).
Experience posting ads on social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, LinkedIn) and classified sites.
Familiarity with real estate rentals or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to follow templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reliable internet connection and consistent communication.
