Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
