Key Responsibilities
- Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
- Strategic Planning: Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients, leading a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Growth and Development: Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Build knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales.
- Influencing and Selling: Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio Management: Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
- Advertising Solutions: Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
- Marketing Strategy: Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
- Storytelling: Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
- Business Acumen: Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
- Goal Achievement: Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits
At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary range of $129,000-$191,000, plus bonus and equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
