We're now looking for a dedicated Customer Happiness Manager to join our team and play a vital role in fostering a community of passionate families.
About the Role
As our Customer Happiness Manager, you will be the face of blithequark, responsible for building lasting relationships with our 9000+ families. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support, ensuring that every family feels valued, heard, and connected to our mission. This is an entrepreneurial and proactive role that can create a massive impact on our families and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and build lasting relationships.
- Handle customer-related administrative duties: data entry and reporting, assisting with programming and scheduling.
- Nurture the community of blithequark families through creative initiatives beyond regular communications, such as newsletters.
- Assist with special projects, such as partnership development, family events, enrollment boost, and customer-related process improvements.
- Hire, train, and manage an additional team member to delegate the responsibilities above.
Essential Qualifications:
We're looking for a highly empathetic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for building long-term relationships, and a drive to make a positive impact.

- At least 5 years of experience in customer support or marketing.
- Extensive experience in the NYC parenting or education market is a plus.
