Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and Sales: Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and exploring up-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with team and management goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Technical Understanding: Develop mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer Concerns and Roadblocks: Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks that may prohibit satisfaction or product usage.
  • Competitive Pressures and Objections: Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
  • Customer Communication: Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with the majority of communication being outbound.
  • Professional Experience: Work with the team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date.
  • Sales Motions: Undertake various sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity.
  • Sales Quota Achievement: Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals.
  • High-Volume Calling: Experience in high-volume calling and managing multiple customer interactions.
  • Technology and Data: Experience learning new technology and data, with a strong willingness to adapt.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and objections.
  • MS Office Programs: Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Remote Work: Willingness to work from home or a remote location.
  • Additional Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
