**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for clients who have accrued reward points and are seeking to redeem them for travel-related products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and helpful information to clients regarding their reward points and travel options
* Processing client requests for travel bookings, cancellations, and refunds
* Utilizing our proprietary software to track client interactions and update client records
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide exceptional service
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve client issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Process client requests for travel bookings, cancellations, and refunds
* Utilize our proprietary software to track client interactions and update client records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide exceptional service
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required (must be listed on resume)
* 6+ months of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and personalities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of travel industry and travel-related products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
