Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you'll work closely with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. **Responsibilities** - Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values - Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies - Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns - Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters - Respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications - Partner with other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner - Uphold our goals of delivery through the execution of exceptional customer service **Requirements** - Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance - Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date - 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment - Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications - Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** - Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery - Bilingual Spanish **Pay and Benefits** - Starting pay rate: $17.00 per hour - Pay range: $17.00 - $31.30 - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits - 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan - Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits - Well-being programs, education assistance, free development courses, and discount programs with participating partners - Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture that empowers our employees to make a meaningful impact.
