Key Responsibilities

• Engage in online conversations with customers, providing timely and informative responses to their queries.
• Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their services and products.
• Utilize your expertise to turn conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the blithequark team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.

Essential Qualifications

• Reside within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK).
• Possess a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
• Computer specifications: minimum 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher).
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Availability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 11am-7:30pm EDT.
• Typing speed: minimum 35 WPM (40 WPM or above preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
