Job Overview

In this exciting hybrid role, you will work from our Miami location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, providing frontline support to prospective and existing customers. As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering effective and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, driving satisfaction and loyalty, and meeting monthly sales goals through personalized recommendations of our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries as well as maintain customer records
  • Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks such as Internet, voice, and data services
  • Work a set schedule including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

What You Can Expect

As a Premier Service Consultant at blithequark, you can expect a comprehensive paid training program and additional resources to support your success in your new role. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate plus commissions, with the potential to earn up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work
  • Ability to participate in workspace audits and comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of internet, voice, and data services
