**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Liaison, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in real-time. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer-facing issues, analyze data, and develop work flows and procedures to improve our customer experience. This is a full-time role that requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous learning.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email
* Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs
* Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience
* Analyze data and use stories and experience to complement data
* Develop work flows and procedures to improve quality and efficiency
* Identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
* Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
* Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous learning
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment
* Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures
* Experience with data analysis and problem-solving
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
