The Role: Customer Service Representative - Remote
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to not only address customer concerns but to also provide a personalized experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on providing clear, concise, and accurate information about warranty products and services.

Essential Qualifications:

- Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing.
