Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide education and status updates on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests, ensuring customers are informed and up-to-date.
- Meet and exceed performance goals in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance, consistently delivering high-quality service.
- Own customer issues, taking responsibility for resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- 1 year of recent call center experience, preferably in a customer service or related field.
- 6 months of previous remote work experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- High School diploma or GED, providing a foundation for your customer service skills and knowledge.
- Complete Bilingual Spanish Test, showcasing your language skills and ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
- Basic computer assessment, demonstrating your proficiency in using technology and software applications.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
