About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at blithequark as an Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks including obtaining fingerprint/background investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/processing US Customs results; and database entry.
  • Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigate any database issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Design and analyze HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Conduct advanced investigations, create custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance, driving informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clients and the team regularly to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns or issues.
  • Review completed Fingerprint Applications for accuracy and re-transmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications and processes.
  • Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database, a significant advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup.
  • Proficiency in advanced Access skills, enabling you to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • The ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports, driving insights and compliance.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities, ensuring you can manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address complex issues and find solutions.
  • The ability to ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements, upholding compliance and integrity.
  • The capacity to instruct subject matter units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results, demonstrating your expertise.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
