Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- Being at least 18 years of age, with a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, a dedicated, private, and secure workspace, and a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period.
 - Committing to full attendance during the 3-week training period and completing a background check and health screening as part of the onboarding process.
 - Having moderate to advanced computer skills, a high level of comfort learning new technology, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Being self-motivated, success-driven, and comfortable working from home in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
 
Preferred experience, though not required, includes previous roles in customer support or technical support, familiarity with health insurance (especially Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act), experience in a call center environment, and proficiency with CRM systems. Being Spanish bilingual is also considered a plus.
