Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, client-driven individuals to join our team as Resolution Coordinators in our Contact Center Operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners, utilizing various systems to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Communicate professionally and conversationaly with clients, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, to manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including typing speed, call handling time, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word.
  • Effective completion of mandatory training programs.
  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
