About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate II – Retirement Plans at Blithequark, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Your primary goal will be to provide world-class service to our customers, addressing their financial concerns and helping them achieve their goals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect customers with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via phone.
 - Take ownership of customer requests, navigating through complex situations and providing personalized support.
 - Actively listen to understand the underlying needs of customers' requests and provide tailored solutions.
 - Develop a deep understanding of our suite of products and services across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and position appropriate solutions based on customers' needs.
 - Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve operational processes.
 
What We Look for in a Candidate
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
 - Customer service experience (no financial services experience required).
 - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced phone environment.
 - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a professional rapport with customers.
 - Computer skills, with proficiency in software applications and technology.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish bilingual (a plus).
 - Experience in the financial industry or related field.
 - Tenacious problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures.
 - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise scrutiny when confronted with conflicting information.

Class Start Date and Training Schedule
The class start date for this role is November 4th, 2024. The training schedule will vary, but you can expect to work 9am-6pm EST. You must be flexible to work the assigned shift based on business needs.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to work on-site during your scheduled shift at our Jacksonville, Florida office site (TBD). However, you will also have the opportunity to work from home, providing you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
