Job Summary

The Customer Solutions Specialist is an action-oriented role that requires flexible problem-solving skills to assist customers using various software tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about Blithequark's history, products, and services, as well as the foodservice industry, to efficiently navigate internal systems.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email, with a focus on excellent customer experiences, enhanced customer loyalty, and increased business sales.
  • Ensure customers have the most complete and up-to-date information about the status of their orders.
  • Partner with other departments to support both customers and the company.
  • Analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within our business model.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.

Technical Requirements:

  • Cable or fiber internet connections with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds.
  • Quiet and distraction-free work area.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; conversational fluency in English.
  • Proficient typing abilities.

Work Schedule and Physical Demands

The initial 60-day training period requires working from 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday. After the training period, the work schedule will be 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday.

  • Work is performed while sitting and/or standing for at least 8 hours each day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations while using a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Remote Work Qualifications

  • Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • Dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.
  • Valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.).
  • Desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
