As a customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from advisors and clients to relationship partners, and help them navigate our products and services. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide timely and effective solutions, and ensure that their issues are resolved promptly. You will also be an important resource for our customers, providing guidance on company policies, product information, and system usage. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite CONNECT customers, responding to service issues, requests, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone * Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, as they arise, to facilitate efficient self-service * Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners * Collaborate with coaches to process requests and ensure prompt resolution * Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company policies, product information, and system usage to provide accurate guidance to customers **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience providing customer-focused solutions or support in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results-driven performance * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues * Licenses: Employees are expected to pass their state's P&C license exam within 12 months.
