Data Entry Specialist I
Description:
• Accurately interpret, identify, and input insurance policy information into company systems
• Follow established company guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry
• Identify accounts requiring special handling and route them to the appropriate department for resolution
• Consistently meet departmental benchmarks for productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and follow instructions with precision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of relevant experience (preferred in auto insurance, banking, data entry, or administrative support)
• High school diploma or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of training and related experience
