About the Role: Customer Service Remote Agent Position
We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a blithequark team member, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with the exception of a mandatory three-day on-site training session. Occasional meetings may require your presence in the office, but we understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Our remote positions are available to individuals within a 50-mile radius of 3300 Northern Blvd, Long Island City, NY, encompassing all five boroughs, wider NY, and parts of New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks with precision
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work overtime and adjust to shifting priorities
Qualifications and Requirements:
