• Conduct welcome calls to assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys, gathering valuable feedback to enhance our services and improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize your passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience, providing guidance and support whenever needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and secure.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a high level of organizational skills.
• Minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps.
• Able to provide 2 monitors, at least 22 inches, with HDMI and Display ports.
