Job Summary
We're seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, USA. As the face of blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving travel-related issues, and creating memorable experiences for our domestic and international customers. Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
- Anticipate and address customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and empathy
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success and implement new processes and technologies
- Navigate challenges with composure and adaptability, managing issues while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ensure a safety mentality by adhering to the highest standards and protocols
- Provide solutions to customer travel problems and make their experience memorable
- Greet customers as they begin and end their journey, and assist with ticketing and luggage

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in the airline or travel industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure and adaptability
