About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our commercial and public sector clients by providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and sales expertise. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound sales calls using our advanced contact center technology.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist customers with product-related inquiries, and provide process-related support.
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer, demonstrating your ability to navigate various software applications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+) is required for this role.

  • Highly reliable, with regular attendance and punctuality, ensuring a consistent and high level of performance.
