blithequark is seeking 20 highly skilled and motivated Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As a Customer Care Rep, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members and providers, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our brand.

About the Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls, providing timely and effective solutions, and inputting data accurately. You will be the primary point of contact for our members and providers, and your professionalism and courtesy will be essential in maintaining a positive image of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and recorded.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, extending courtesy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Take 75+ calls per day, managing a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent (healthcare call center experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from.
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a healthcare call center environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
