About the Role: Ticketing and Baggage Check-in Specialist

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a warm smile and providing expert assistance throughout the ticketing and baggage check-in process. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide guidance and assistance with the ticketing and baggage check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions with precision.
  • Manage the check-in process, verifying that customers have the necessary documentation for travel and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Tag baggage and perform various lifting tasks, including transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, and handling items at floor and waist levels.
  • Demonstrate safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, adhering to blithequark's high standards for safety and customer care.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
