Job Description

The Senior HR Technology Analyst will play a critical role in investing in the future of blithequark's workforce by acting as a liaison between our business and technology partners. As a member of the People Systems Team, you will frequently support Workday, a tool used to complete HR and payroll-related tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include developing efficiencies, providing excellent user experiences, and maintaining compliance requirements within Workday. Key Responsibilities

• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by executives, managers, customers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in enterprise projects and provide subject matter expertise in people data and analytics strategies
• Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in employee records
• Ensure data integrity is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations
• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
• Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems
• May perform other job duties as directed by employee leaders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Advanced-level experience and specialized expertise in functional support of HR and/or payroll systems
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
• Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

• Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and recruiting
• Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role but not required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
