About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking, reservations, and other travel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing travel itineraries: Help customers navigate our booking systems, make changes to their travel plans, and provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures: Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and policies, and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring they have a seamless travel experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution: Listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and escalate complex issues to our specialized teams for resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of blithequark products, services, and loyalty programs: Stay informed about our products, services, and loyalty programs, and provide customers with relevant information to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to meet customer needs: Follow our guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our customer service, while adapting to changing customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and achieve performance targets: Work closely with our customer service team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and meet our performance goals.
