Job Summary

As a Data Analyst in our E2E Delivery team at blithequark, you will play a critical role in spearheading ad-hoc analysis, creating dashboards, and generating insights that inform our delivery strategy. You'll have access to a vast pool of global data and work with cutting-edge tools to drive business decisions. Your mission will be to make our delivery platform one of the fastest and most reliable in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as capacity, cost, satisfaction, and transportation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling, to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources and support analysis of key initiatives.
• Automate tasks and develop processes to monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics.
• Apply SQL and data visualization skills to create interactive and dynamic reports.
• Develop and maintain data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
