Job Summary

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Blithequark, you will work in a virtual environment, handling inbound sales calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing their ideal products, while also upselling and cross-selling relevant items to enhance their shopping experience. This is a full-time remote position, requiring 8 hours of work per day, with a competitive salary of $27 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding and purchasing their ideal products.
  • Review and follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow, ensuring a structured and effective sales approach.
  • Contact product providers to gather additional information not available on the Blithequark website.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance metrics, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities to stay up-to-date on process and policy changes.
  • Work in a fast-paced, virtual environment, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
  • Utilize technology and software applications to manage sales calls, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
