Job Summary:

As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and converting inquiries into leads for our dealer clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our clients across the automotive and recreational vehicle industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services to ensure that you're always equipped to provide the most up-to-date information.
  • Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights into customer inquiries and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and engaging.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred; accuracy and speed are crucial in this role.
  • Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; if you're comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems, this could be the perfect fit for you.
  • A positive and professional demeanor is essential; we want team members who are friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary; you'll be interacting with customers and colleagues through chat and other communication channels.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment is crucial; we're a dynamic team that's always looking for ways to improve and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Gaming experience is helpful, as it can indicate strong multitasking abilities and comfort with fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools is a plus; if you have experience with technology that's used in customer service, we'd love to hear about it.

  • Comprehensive training program: You'll attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM CST. This training is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role.
