Your Role as a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of our company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interactions: Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
  • Escalation and Resolution: Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more, and calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
  • Call Tracking and Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services and processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Age: Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
  • Call Center Experience: 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Availability to work various shifts.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Organization and work prioritization skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Composure: Ability to stay composed and objective.
  • Listening Skills: Strong listening skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure you have a successful experience working from home with Blithequark, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, and minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
  • Internet Service Provider: ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
  • Workspace: Clean and quiet workspace.
