Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day data entry transactions with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.
- Assemble and compile reports, ensuring data integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Reconcile reports and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and perform tasks such as copying, faxing, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities and needs.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute, in an operations or similar service environment.
- 1 year of experience as an office clerk, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for data integrity and quality.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
