As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Results & Grow Business:
- Execute 1-year and 3-year business plans, supporting national, regional, and local TPM objectives.
- Implement strategies, processes, and programs to drive business growth.
- Lead the team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Support operations to reduce overall costs and improve profitability.

- Encourage sharing of best practices within the team and resolve conflicts effectively.

Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in supervisory roles, leading people and processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams showing improvement in plant KPIs.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing management principles.
- Understanding of supply chain capabilities, strategies, and interdependencies.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate process improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of key business drivers used to gauge effectiveness and performance.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO (22000, 9000, 14001, etc.) or other management system certifications.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S experience.
- Working knowledge of food safety principles.
- Experience with Self-Guided Work Force, Continuous Improvement, and Change Management.
- Leader of leaders experience.
- Operational Excellence and Lean manufacturing concepts knowledge.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Production Engineering or equivalent experience.
Specialized Technical Skills
- HACCP knowledge (preferred).
- Understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) knowledge.
Functional Skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Group problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Work instructions development and implementation skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.

Schedule & Location
