Job Description
As a Level 1 Chat Support Associate, your main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email. You will collaborate with an international team to deliver exceptional support, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with an international team to deliver exceptional support and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide solutions and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications
