Job Overview
As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our online operations and ensuring the smooth, efficient handling of customer service situations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving company with high expectations, where you will be responsible for addressing customer service queries, particularly on Amazon and Shopify. You will be working independently in a remote environment, with training and SOPs provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages by Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message.
- Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service.
- Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets.
- Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, there is scope to expand the role to cover other aspects of the business, including the growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a positive.
- Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
