Key Responsibilities

  • Address and Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Identify and Assess Customer Needs: Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and offer tailored solutions, while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Escalate Issues and Document Interactions: Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring swift resolution, and document interactions and transactions, maintaining detailed records of customer communications.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to stay current with blithequark policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Technology and Tools: Utilize technology and tools to manage customer interactions, track customer communications, and analyze customer data.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, provide feedback, and support team goals.

  • Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications, with experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
