Job Summary

As a Seasonal Chat and Phone Technical Support Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will provide basic technical support via phone or chat, deliver an exceptional support experience, and interact with a variety of customers. You will be an integral part of our team, working from home and enjoying a full-time schedule with flexibility. • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 18 years of age
• Flexible to needs of business

Equipment and Internet Requirements

• 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
• Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
• Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
• Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
• Desk and an ergonomic chair
