Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and talented Professional Music Teacher to join our team at Store 025, located in Lawrenceville, GA. As a key member of our Lesson Studio, you will have the opportunity to teach music lessons to a diverse population of students, both in our clean and safe studios and through online lessons. Key Responsibilities

  • Teach music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, adapting your teaching style to meet the unique needs and goals of each student
  • Communicate effectively with parents of students (where applicable) to keep them informed of their child's progress and provide feedback on their development
  • Collaborate with our store team to maximize the lesson experience and create a supportive and inspiring learning environment
  • Work with students to develop their musical skills, build their confidence, and foster a lifelong love of music
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Music or a related field, or equivalent substitutable experience
  • At least 2 years of music teaching experience, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • A strong passion for music and a desire to share this passion with others
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • A Master's Degree in Music or a related field
  • Experience teaching music to students of all ages and skill levels, including beginners and advanced students
  • Knowledge of multiple instruments and teaching styles
