Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to acquire, develop, and manage high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and comfort for customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments. You'll be responsible for identifying product selection gaps, executing GTM strategies, and attracting key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guide dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer enjoyment, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with key marketplace players to maximize our product selection and client base.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new sellers and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Primary Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of successful business sales experience, preferably in ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
  • Experience promoting new products/offering into new markets is strongly favored.
  • Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • The potential to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning.
  • Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.
  • Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative abilities.
  • Comfort with complex economic data and polished communication abilities - talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
  • The ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage multiple competing priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of ecommerce experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the customer electronics sector.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
